Orders are processed in the order received. Express delivery is not currently available, but we hope to offer express delivery in the future. We will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - Merchandise may be exchanged for other sizes or items as long as they have not been worn, washed or damaged. Johnny Colt TV is not responsible for postage charges incurred by customers exchanging merchandise. Returns will be issued a credit for the amount of the original purchase price of the item that is returned if it is not exchanged for other merchandise. Please check Johnny Colt TV Store for all available sizes and items.
To exchange/return items you MUST return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving it.
No Exchangs or Returns are honored for Blowout and Clearance Items. All sales final.
All Sales FINAL on under garments. No Refunds or Exchanges for Hot Shorts or Thong underwear for any reason.

Refunds are determined by JOHNNY COLT TV, and are only issued for those orders that were paid with a credit card. Orders with check or money order payment will receive a credit certificate for the returned items(s).
ORDER CANCELLATION - Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel orders. All orders are immediately processed for shipping once we receive them. JOHNNY COLT TV reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.
SALE AND BLOWOUT ITEMS-All sales are final on Blowout items, or items on sale. Blowout items are sold as-is and are Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangable. If a blowout item you ordered is sold out, a credit will be issued for that item and sent to you.
OTHER POLICY INFORMATION
At any time, JOHNNY COLT TV may feature items at a reduced price. If you order that item previously or after the time the item is featured on sale, you will not be given that sale price. The sale or reduced price is only honored when the item is ordered with in the time it is featured on sale or the price reduced.
